We got into real estate young, chasing the same vision most people have. To attain freedom, flexibility, and control over our time. Like a lot of beginners, we followed what everyone else was doing: trying to lock up deals first and then scrambling to find a buyer. After losing multiple opportunities, it became clear something wasn’t working. Everything changed when we flipped the process. Instead of guessing, we started focusing on finding real buyers first and only pursuing deals that matched their actual demand. That shift made things finally click. Now we help others do the same, giving them a clearer and more consistent path to closing their first deal.
